So I went around Christmas time to get my wife’s rings fixed to give her a surprise they told me they couldn’t help. What great customer help for the Christmas season. A few months after that my wife bout me a chain and medallion from there while the jewelry was nice I didn’t like the medallion so I went in to see if they could take the medallion I had and make it in to something else not only would he not take the medallion back to do the work he offered to make what I wanted at six times the cost of what the medallion my wife bought they are just truly money hungry will never ever shop there at all even for stud earring and after reading some of the reviews here I need to go to different jewelers to see if the gold they sold my wife is actual gold. I have used Shalimar jewelers for repairing my regular and designer jewelry for years. Last time I came in with a broken chain and although they said it will be only couple of days to repair, I needed a gold chain right away because it was a birthday present. I purchased a brand chain, solid, great quality, and it was a good price. Today, a year later!! I realized that I never went back to pick up my Original broken chain. I lost my slip of course, but they were able to look up my name and phone number and I was able to pick up the jewelry. Not only they do provide a great repair service, but they have an integrity and offer a fantastic customer...

Let me start by saying that the only friendly and customer oriented person is the lady that works there.

The jewelry is overpriced, 3-4 times what you will pay at a local store. Also I was told they would refund the item if within 7 days. 3 days later I am told only a store credit. Although receipt says no refund, do not verbally make a promise to the customer.
