Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Waited for over an hour for delivery. I called once because the app had not updated in almost an hour beyond preparing my food. They said the driver had an emergency and another was coming in. They must have made our food an hour before the driver came in because it was soggy and lukewarm. We were also missing a drink. When I called back again to speak to the manager they offered to remake it and bring it back out. We had already been waiting for over an hour and were ready to eat cardboard at that point. I said we would eat the food because we were starving. I asked if they could do anything to come part of the meal or a coupon for next time. After offering to remake it again she said I could pick up a coupon. She didn’t really sound like a manager or that she knew what she was doing. I said I wasn’t going to go out of my way to come in after they screwed up and charged me for things I didn’t receive. I will never eat from here not use Chic fil A delivery ever again. This is a company that does not provide good customer support when they screw up. They can afford to stay closed on Sunday’s, they can afford to lose costumers.

All fast food chains should look at chic fil A method of giving great food and speedy service without sacrificing the taste of the food. The employees are top notch, very engaging, and with a smile greet you with a hello what can get for you. McDonald's, burger King, Wendy's, and all the chicken franchises employee are horrible. As a black man I am appaled by the service because they hire young black people who has never been trained in IPC skills. They look at you and say nothing, andnwhen you question them as to are you going to ask me what I want? They catch an attitude. And they are the slowest, in service, lazy, because it takes more than 20 minutes sometimes to get your food. and will not tell you thank you. They just look at you. This was the most disappointing lunch from Chick-fil-A in Pinellas Park. Ordered the 12pc chicken nuggets and they were over fried, smaller than normal, and over breaded. Having gotten McDonald's 12pc nuggets the week before, I have to say that they were much better, which is hard for me to admit! I was peeling dry, over cooked breading off the CFA nuggets just to give it to my 2 grandkids. My spicey chicken sandwich was also well over fried, so it was dry on the edges. I ordered 6 packets of CFA sauce, but only got 3 in the bag. They went to the grandkids nuggets, so I had none to put on my sandwich.
