Personally I feel 1star is to generous @ this point, Unless you are truly backed in a corner and have Zero other options I would stay far away from this company! Save Yourself the hassle and headache(S)!!!! I find myself 1 yr into a two year payment plan and ready to cut my losses and walk away- We started off on a bad foot - Two weeks after our washer and dryer were supposed to be here they called to inform me unless I was willing to downgrade to a used version I would continue life w/o a washer and dryer- After being assured they were in great condition and gently used Reluctantly I took them, Needless to say I lost 3 loads of my daughters wardrobe b4 I realized the culprit- They did replace my appliances but my daughters wardrobe was left for us to figure out right around that time My husband was in an accident and wrecked our daily driver ( life on lifes terms) among all this we fell about a month behind- but continued payments faithfully even paying a late fee EVERYTIME a payment was late- They continued to blow my husband's phone up while he was at work ,sleep, whenever they deemed it fit not considerations for Our schedule or life- Then they started coming to our home- and charging us 10$ every trip- It started with a sign on the front door- and eventually resulted in them walking around my home- Which is where I have Had enough..My dogs are on an electric fence so I asked them kindly to stop just showing up and walking through my yard for the sake of my dog's and there own saftey- I asked them this while I was catching up my payments The lady whom I spoke with was disrespectful and pretty much told me they would do as they please- All she cared about was when my next payment would be in.. Which baffled me because my account was just brought current?! I informed her at that time I would probably be a little late since I just made a paymemt plus a late fee and a "10$ show up and harrass me fee".. I thought perhaps she understood- However a week later they are showing up @ my house not even being respectful enough to grant my wish about only using our front door- Mind you Im a week late on 60$ SMH Suddenly I see why this company has an avg of 1-3...

I called Aarons THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING and explained the situation and that we was in a hospital over a hour away and in order for him to come home we needed everything in place that day and we needed something affordable. She picked out a bed and explained all the payments and everything very well, and then managed to squeeze us into the schedule. Even though I wasn't able to get home till after closing time the manager and the delivery guys made it happen! I pulled in home close to 6 pm and they was already there waiting, they got everything set up quickly and patiently and even turned down my offer for a tip for staying after hours. The bottom got pitted when SELF CLEANING there for the stove doesn't need to be touched to be cleaned other than lightly wiped. They're more less accusing her of gouging the stove. They will not fix nor replace this item. Which isn't this stuff to be "warrantied " ?? paid A LOT of money for this stove, which is now paid off.
