Got off the bus to fill my water bottle and both bathrooms were “out of order”… asked the man at the customer service desk where I could fill it and he just shouts “no water.” If this idiot is just sitting there on his phone and knows there is no water he should be supplying complementary bottles to Amtrak customers.
