8 or 9 years ago I bought the king size Royal natural latex mattress. Absolutely the best mattress I have owned over several decades. Last year, following a couple of years worth of spinal operations including fusions, I decided I wanted adjustable bed frames with electric motors, remote control where the elevation of the head of the bed and the foot of the bed were independently adjustable. My wife and I shopped nationally advertised beds at a competitors store. They had what we wanted at thirteen thousand dollars! After the 'sticker shock' worn off we came back here. For less than $1800 we bought two twin separately adjustable bed frames, they delivered the frames to my house 50 miles away, lengthwise cut my king size natural latex mattress in half, installed two new allergy free twin size mattress bags on my split in two king size mattress AND installed my new adjustable bed making sure the new frames functioned properly. Hmmm ... the competitor's $13,000.00 VS $1200. Yes I absolutely strongly recommend you do business here. They've definitely deserve my 5-star rating. P. S. Now I can read in bed in comfort, flat on my back. A flexible wand that clamps to the head board holds my Kindle above my face. In the last two years I have read over 27 books in complete comfort laying flat on my back, on my adjustable bed, thanks to The Rug Mattress & Furniture Store's wonderful people and the service...

So I went here looking for a leather sofa. A salesman took to where they were, I immediately saw one I liked. Asked they price, and he said ," this one you can buy off the floor for "x" amt. ,but u can also buy it new. Added that I can pick different leather too. " He said he would leave me to look around a bit and would be back. Well there were only a couple that interested me ...so I went back to the main building to find him. I don't know if I was interrupting his lunch or what, but when I inquired about the warranty and construction of said sofa he got snippy. Stated some facts..8 way hand tied..etc. At this point I no longer hear what he's saying, because of his rudeness. He did say that the floor model would be as is. So I asked if I bought it new...what was the warranty. He said 1 yr on leather, 5 yrs on frame n cushions. On a 3000.00 or better...sofa. REALLY !! He was so rude with is words and his attitude. I quickly left. I have no problem with paying that price...I can go to a small place 5 miles away pick out my style, leather, cushions, and pretty much design my sofa for anywhere from 2800..to 3500. And have a lifetime warranty for the original buyer! I guess the salesman at The rug mattress and furniture store doesn't need to make any more money this...

We bought a mattress and box springs for a guest room. Upon delivery one of the delivery guys noticed a hole in the cloth covering the bottom of the box spring. He noted the damage on the ticket and that a replacement was needed. He apologized for not seeing the damage when loading the truck. He even suggested a box spring we may like better for the same price. I called the store 3 or 4 days later and spoke to Clayton. He didn't seem to know anything about the damage and said they would have to schedule another delivery. It's been 3 weeks and no contact from anyone. It's not a big deal, but I do think it's very poor customer service. If they aren't willing to deal with an issue this small and easy,what would happen if you had visible damage to a nice piece of furniture? They do have some nice furniture at decent prices, but just be aware that there may not be any customer service if you...
