AMAZING!!!! Took my son here for our first visit for a dessert after a medical appointment. The original plan was to order a crème brûlée, which my son is crazy about. Unfortunately, at the current time we went it was only offered during seasonal times. However, we were NOT disappointed by all the other goodies in the shop! Gelato, Macarons, bubble tea, specialty coffees with espresso machine! We ordered one scoop (of the many flavors offered) of Gelato. After seeing the beautiful macarons cannot resist to order some macarons! I was cautious ordering macarons because they were only a dollar which is much cheaper than other places. However, the macarons were AMAZING! The macarons definitely tied with ‘ Our Daily Bread’ which are 2.50 each. The macarons at Kelly’s or slightly ‘chewer bc’ (in a good way) beneath the original crunch. The macarons make for an amazing AFFORDABLE gift for someone of all occasions. I am excited to try the bubble tea on the next visit, which will be today after my son’s doctors appointment! I’ve came here a 1-2 years ago and the service was far superior! Today my husband and I ordered sushi first and then wanted ice cream. My husband and I waited in front of the gelato and no one even said we will be with you in a moment. 2 people literally saw us and I made contact multiple times. I stood patiently waiting and still nothing.

While waiting, I saw a gross bug on the side of the pistachio gelato and I would have taken a photo and I would have told the workers but no one came to see if we wanted anything. I’m mentioning the bug here so that they can take it out and it won’t end up in someone’s cup. I don’t think the bug is due to a lack of cleanliness because it’s clean. I think it probably flew inside when they opened the ice cream freezer and froze to death.

There were not even a lot of people in there so it’s not acceptable to me to just ignore customers. Especially considering we had just paid for food and bottled water.

me and my boyfriend went and got a dozen of the macaroons, a chocolate frappe and a mango boba smoothie. The macaroons were okay, some were soft and others were a hard shell, taste was mediocre. the chocolate frappe was basically just ice, no flavor to it at all, same with the mango, it had a smell of mango but when u taste it, it was basically just very watered down mango. the service was awful, the worker didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was just rude when we were trying to order, i wanted to get a chocolate drink with boba in it and she said she couldn’t do that, so then i just asked for a frappe and she didn’t even know what i was talking about, turned around and looked at the menu to see what it was and i had to point it out to her, and after a long a pause i continued to order and she yelled “wait!” at me. very hostile and awkward atmosphere to say the least, i would not recommend this place unless you want hard macaroons, tasteless drinks and the feeling of being stupid when ordering!! not to mention...
