I love the bobas there but EVERY single time I order I get push back and sometimes I get refusal to actually make the drink. My drink is simple and all I ever want to do is add brown sugar drizzle to it. Every time the person taking the order states that’s to sweet or we can’t do that. When it’s right on the menu just a few feet from where I stand and I get it that way alllll the time. I constantly and calmly state that everytime I come here I get the same reaction. It is what I like and that’s what I want in my drink. Now everytime I go in I feel like my drink is going to taste horrible when all I’m doing is getting a basic boba with the brown sugar drizzle on the cup. It’s not difficult If they could so kindly just charge me and not judge me that would be great. Or at least judge me in private 😂 …. All I want to do is not feel like I have to argue every time I go. If I actually feel like I have time to deal with the person at the register then I will go in but sometimes I feel like it’s exhausting just...

CHECK YOUR BILL & ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT!!!!!! These people are straight up stealing. They’d doble charge you and don’t give you a receipt. Be aware of the EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I went and talked to them after seeing the double charge the guy acknowledged that is was an error of their but their manager wasn’t in the store, and so he took my number and said the manager would reach out to me. It’s been 3 months now, I tried reporting the transaction to my credit card but couldn’t since the clerk did not provide me with a receipt. Also I spent all day with nausea after eating icecream there in the morning, just avoid yourself the trouble, go to a different location. I hope this doesn’t happen to...

I had an experience that could have been resolved if the manager wanted to solve. But she chose not to. They have different boba teas to choose from they have 1 specific flavor that supposedly can only be blended not served as a tea with ice. Even though the MENU clearly says smoothie or milk tea. I wanted a milk tea not a smoothie. Which I have had before at that store. But she came up with this random rule not to serve me what I wanted. Why I’m not sure. This was petty.
