I was recently there and bought two tempered glass covers for phones. I was not informed that I had a choice. I was not informed about anything until I got the bill and until I asked about the differences which I saw on the table that were never pointed out to me. The sales woman was pradeep. She was rude and uninformative and got into an argument which was really demeaning and very loud. Will try to call up customer service for zagg but I had to wait 41 minutes before I finally gave up.
I think it's completely dishonest not to inform the customer of their options until after the sale was completed and after everything was installed.
I think this woman should be fired for lack of customer service ability. I think the customers should be informed about their options.
I've been there before and it has happened so there should be no reason why it can't happen right now. In fact I didn't know the cost of $110 until after everything was done.
I consider this consumer fraud to take advantage of uneducated or deliberately disadvantaged consumers.
I advise future consumers either to go elsewhere or to find out as much as possible before they place the order. But the burden is really on the sales people and in this case they royally screwed up.
For that reason I advise people to go there with caution and trepidation in mind and possibly consider other alternatives.
You are missing the whole point. I did not know how much this was going to cost and I didn't know what my choices were so I consider your offer and none event. I expect confidence and you did not address any of my complaints. I don't want to refund I want effective service and effective products. You failed me.
Both displays have tiny chips in the corners. I thought tempered glass could withstand this but apparently yours can't. I went back today to the same woman and once she found out that I was the one that asked for firing order and asked me why I I reacted this way and I told her she didn't like it so the owner refused to honor his promise and it refused to serve me. She called security screaming and yelling and they told her to get back into a cubicle and leave me alone.
I asked to speak to the owner to tell him my side of the story and he would not let me. Do you think that's fair just to hear one side of a histrionic employee?

He put liquid solution inside my phone and scrubbed it with a hard bristle brush which made me wince. Then he said I would have to wait a few days for him to order a new battery in addition to paying an extra $50. I asked for a refund and he said he would need the screen back. He was googling everything in front of me like he didn't know how to do anything, and he tried to say that I charged my phone for too long which is why it didn't work, even though it had 98% when I first handed it to him. I had to go upstairs to the other guy at Cellaxs who fixed both problems for the same price. I went back downstairs to hand him the screen for a refund.
