Copied straight off the website, staff could not be bothered to clean the machinery and when we asked the manager on duty simply denied our request to clean it.

The only plus side of the manager’s laziness is we learned Tutti Frutti is a great sustitution for anyone else with an allergen or gluten...

Combined with an Orange 🍊 Julius, I ordered a Chocolate Brownie Dough 🥶 Blizzard for my son and myself. My friend ordered a sundae. We liked our ice-cream but I thought the portions were small compared to price. Good service. If we're in the mood for 🍨 ice-cream, we will stop by again. Delivery through DoorDash. I love Dairy Queen but unfortunately the employees at the Salem NH location seemed rude and non-compliant.

The employee also forgot to flip my blizzard upside down and when I mentioned that to them, they said that they don’t do that anymore and laughed in my face as if they were lying to me.

If the policy has changed please let me know and place a sign in regards to this so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else
