⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Five-Star Experience Thanks to SEAN! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Let me start by saying: if you ever have the pleasure of being served by Sean, consider your night made. From the moment we sat down, Sean brought an energy and professionalism that took our entire dining experience to the next level. He didn’t just wait on us — he anticipated every need, every question, every small detail before we could even ask. The man is a hospitality ninja!
Sean has a perfect balance of charm, humor, and class. He’s got the kind of genuine warmth and charisma that makes you feel like you’ve known him for years — yet he never crosses that fine line of being too familiar. He remembered our names, our drink preferences, and made flawless recommendations with confidence and enthusiasm that actually made us excited to try things we might not have ordered.
His timing was impeccable — dishes arrived at just the right moment, drinks were never empty, and he checked in often enough to make us feel taken care of, but never interrupted our conversation or made us feel rushed. That’s an art form in itself.
What really stood out was Sean’s passion for what he does. You can feel that he takes pride in his work. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire atmosphere for everyone around them. Sean is that rare gem.
If this place had a Hall of Fame for service, Sean should have a plaque — or better yet, a statue. Give this man a raise, a promotion, a trophy — something! He’s a credit to your staff and a huge reason why we’ll be coming back (and recommending to everyone we know).
Bravo, Sean. Absolutely...
Read moreI recently went to the Red Robin’s at the Rockingham Park Mall location in Salem, NH. I found the server to be nice. When my food came it was presented well (I didn’t see the impossible flag on my burger). The drink I ordered was not presented well. I got the signature margarita and the salt that was supposed to be on the rim was all around the cup and falling onto the table. The desert was good but I never got utensils as my desert was to go (unsure if I need to request this but was never asked).
The side sauce I received had drippings on the side. Overall, certain items looked messy and as a person who has been going to Red Robin’s since she was little and worked in food service for six years (left the industry only three years ago), I expected great service.
I was also concerned with my seating spot. I was place right by the bathrooms and whenever the door would open I could smell the waste from the bathroom spaces. Although the server was nice, it made my experience less enjoyable.
I was hoping another door would be implemented as an extra barrier for those trying to eat their food in the future. This way no one has to smell body fluids and waste as they are eating their meal. This would cost some money and time to fix, but I find having a table so close to a bathrooms where I’m spending money should have more of a distance from each other.
Overall I won’t be going back to this location but I may take my food to go in other locations. Red Robin’s doesn’t seem what it used to be especially for dine-in experiences.

Read moreMy husband and I went to the one at the Rockingham mall in New Hampshire. It was horrible. We sat down at our table had a waitress take our drink order 5 minutes later another waitresses came and introduced herself as our waitresses. When we told her that a waitresses came and took our drink order already she was like "ok I wasn't sure if anyone help you because ur table is in the middle ur no one's section. Someone different brought our drinks to us. When we finally got to order the waitresses/ bartender was in a rush. Now we were sitting in the middle of the resurant infront of the kitchen. There was this one kid with a bow tie on who we assumed was a Cook. He kept coming to the front of the house. Touching the back of the waitresses giving knuckles to the other worker's then he would go back into the kitchen and start on the grill again the whole time withe THE SAME GLOVES ON. He never changed his gloves. The other Cook had on a Hoodia sweater while cooking the he would touch his face (no gloves).. I have worked in the resurant and bar field for years. This place as a whole was unorganized, disgusting and horrible. The place was empty. My husband and I use to eat there all the time and we noticed when this certin Manger left (she was pregnant) the place went downhill. Never again will we go there.. I'm not even going to get into the manager that was...
