Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Salem

I’d like to start by saying the people here are very kind. I used to go to the one in Pheasant Lane all the time and I ordered the same thing every time I went and it was phenomenal. I started working at the Rockingham mall and thought I’d have a similar experience. The food is always ready on time when I order for my short 30 minute break ahead of time on the app. The issue is that it seldomly comes correct when I order when it’s busier. Today I ordered and it came wrong. The associate told me I could keep the wrong one or toss it. So I tossed it away seeing they were making a whole new order. I bring back the food that’s correctly made with my 5 minutes left on break to quickly eat and it’s wrong, and doesn’t have the side of fries this time. I am giving up trying to order from this location. Bummer because charley’s was my favorite...

Nice food court mall option. Think Subway for Philly style cheese steaks.

You're asked what you want on the sandwich just like how they do at Subway. I could not see the ingredients so I'm not sure what kind of toppings are options.

It was my first time at this chain so I really didn't know how to order. I was up sold an ice tea which I didn't want (it's a $1 extra btw) despite my confusion, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Just had a rude encounter with the owners daughter. As someone who works in the mall as well I was taken back by how inappropriate and inconsiderate the girl was. This store also has no manager or GM that they could share info of. Plenty of other places to eat in the mall and around the mall that will talk to nicely as well.
