This may have been the worst customer service I've ever interacted with. Pathetic, particularly given the size and prestige of the parent company. Furniture delivery date lapsed several times, after multiple calls without any explanation, the product finally arrived - damaged. I sent back a counter top oven back on Dec. 26th and still 6 weeks later still can't get my credit card credited. I didn't even open the oven,orginal box.
