As a first time visitor to any Chick-fil-A, I was overwhelmingly impressed by the atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall efficiency of such a busy restaurant. Tables were full of happy people enjoying their meals and yet there were only one or two people actually waiting on lines when ordering. The service was unbelievably quick, so lines never built up! The service at the drive-thru window was a lesson for all other restaurants. They would have eight cars at a time being taken care of and orders going out the door every couple of seconds. If this was any of the other big three drive-thru chains, that sort of volume would have created a line around the block. But the people at Chick-fil-A handled it without a problem. I think part of the reason that the store is so efficient and effective, is that they have enough employees there. Unlike some of these places that tried to get by with only three people.... the manager, the cook, and the counter girl ~ but here at Chick-fil-A, I had trouble Counting the amount of people they had all at one time working in that restaurant. Even though the food was going out at a fast pace , I truly give them the category listing of "Restaurant"... and not just "fast food joint".
My son drives there once or twice a week after work. And he comes from a good distance, yet he kept telling me, "Dad once you try it, you'll know why I drive that far for it...". Yes , I have to admit he was correct. Even though it was very busy, the parking was plentiful, the restaurant was neat and clean, there were no tables left dirty or messy, the bathrooms were spotless, and even with that large amount of employees.. no one was yelling orders back and forth or shouting out things that really you shouldn't hear in restaurants. All in all, I would have to say this was one of the best dining experiences, that I had in a very long time. The chicken sandwiches were delicious. Both the grilled and the crispy. And we had also had the salads. The cobb salad was exquisite, and the other one which I don't know the name of, had strawberries and blueberries and other fruits such as red and green apples , which came with a lovely and flavorful apple cider vinaigrette dressing , which complimented the salad perfectly. ..... Fantastic !!!
I guess, by the way this was written up, you can tell that I totally approved of my visit to this Chick-fil-A in Tuscan Village. Will I go again? Absolutely! Looking forward to it and so is the rest of my family. Thank you son for introducing me to Chick-fil-A.
I hope by reading this, you take the time to visit this Chick-fil-A location and see if it's everything that I thought it was. I'm sure you won't be...
Read moreWent twice in same week - work crew. 1st night ordered carryout sandwiches and fries for 8 guys the young women puts down 1 small bag and says your all set and walks away. I stated we are missing the fries- she said - are you sure they are not in the bag in front of me 🤦♀️. Left eventually with complete order. Now next visit Friday evening - upon walking in the trashcan at door and surrounding area top floor has trash piled. It was the same behind the counter the place was trashed. Pretty much placed the same order for carryout and was missing many items this time. Yes I did eventually receive all items. There was one young man who did apologize and offer a free coupon Mobile order: Carry-out #1905470 Mobile order: Carry-out #1913584 My reply to their request. Thank you Hello - Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope it helps the store to have critical information given as it will only make the store better. My first night experience was simple employee attention to details. She dropped 1 bag and turned away quickly not giving me a chance to let her know the mistake. I did have to say excuse me I am missing all the fries we ordered. Problem was handled promptly. The second night was a Friday - the trash can inside the building at the door was overflowing so much, trash was placed on top of bin and clean napkins and had spilled onto the floor. When l got to the register. I could see that trash can was full I did let them know as there were several employees behind the counter and during my time there trash was not taken care of. My order was incorrect again I was a little upset and disappointed. I double checked our order and found the tenders to be nothing but crunchy burnt leftovers I talked with the young man working he did get me fresh tenders and apologized and did hand me some sandwich coupons.

Read moreHad an awful experience here on 11/18/22 roughly around 7pm-8pm. My girlfriend caught one of the young female employees leaving the restroom without washing her hands. My girlfriend then realized that none of the stalls had any toilet paper in them. She tried calling out for help, but the music was too loud to be heard outside the restroom. It was an incredibly embarrassing experience for her. She let the current supervisor know what happened. He kind of had a bad attitude and quickly retorted “ugh, everyone always complains about this. The back stall has a sink. She used that one to wash her hands.” He did briefly apologize about there not being any toilet paper, but it wasn’t very sincere. I get being annoyed from babysitting a bunch of young kids that aren’t doing their job, but he definitely could have been more polite. We placed our order and waited. Next thing we know almost the entire staff, including the supervisor, is talking about the hand washing thing and staring at us while we waited for our food. We could hear pretty much everything they were saying and it was so uncomfortable. We almost cancelled our order and left, but we were so hungry and had a long drive afterwards. We endured the dirty looks and background gossip, but were deeply offended and will not ever return here.
PS: the young man that took our order, I believe his name was Endel, was great and seemed more focused on his work than gossip. As well as another young man that had dark hair and glasses. Didn’t see his name tag, but he literally didn’t stop working/moving whatsoever to see his name tag....
