Angel….. has the perfect name! I apparently made the mistake of switching over from Xfinity to T-Mobile on the phone. Received my SIM cards and completely was misinformed about all! I spent over 2 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and became so aggravated I hung up after being transferred to 5 people! I decided to go to the new T-Mobile at Tuscan village. With 3 phones, a wifi device and the SIM cards I had received. Angel was cool and collected and helped me through every single step. Within an hour and 20 min including my wait time all my phones were connected, working, phone numbers transferred and it caused me no stress at all. He informed me that the customer rep I originally signed up for misinformed me of two major things, one I don’t qualify for the emergency responder discount working in healthcare. And two one of my two phones the galaxy s22 wouldn’t be paid off from the switch plan I did. I have to call 611 again and fight with them regarding this but he already made notes in the account and I have three working phones!!! Thank you for making this so much easier. Never again will I deal with T-Mobile on the phone but I will gladly go see angel and the other staff at Tuscan...

So I waited patiently in line for her. Finally my turn she was courteous,helpful and the 1,200 I spent on the phone. She made this transaction less hurtful. I asked her are you the manager her reply was no. Why is she the manager? I'm going to be honest with you. She answered all my questions, set my phone up, transfered all my data, she helped me set up autopay and tbh I didn't mind the upsetting she helped me saved over $300 because of her I decided to spend an extra $300 dollars because she was that good. I was telling my wife that the level of service she gave me. I wanted to say Thank you and I'll like to post a question for you why doesn't she manage the store? Shes your best asset . Read moreI've been to this store at Tuscan 3 times in the last 2 months and each visit has been great. The first visit was to explore options when I was looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and left feeling well informed and not pressured. My second visit was when my husband and I went together a week later to officially switch our service over and upgrade our phones and they took care of everything for us . The third visit was today when my phone wouldn't turn back on after an overnight software update. Thankfully, they fixed it within a few minutes of me walking into the store with a hard reset (which I tried a few times prior to my visit but didn't have any luck). All of the team members I've interacted with during my visits have been friendly and knowledgeable, and I think this store is a great resource for T-Mobile customers...
