Last night, we went to this restaurant to celebrate my niece's 25th birthday, excited for a fun evening.
However, the customer service was not as good as we had hoped. Even though we had already eaten dinner, we wanted to enjoy a few drinks to keep the celebration going. When we ordered our first cocktail, the staff told us they couldn't make it, which was a bit disappointing. So, we quickly decided to choose other drinks instead.
While our server was friendly and seemed attentive despite being extremely busy, the overall service was disappointingly slow. This prolonged pace detracted from the experience, especially considering the establishment charges premium prices for its drinks. Such delays are unexpected in a venue positioned as upscale, leading to frustration and a sense that the value provided does not match the cost.
We waited about 35 minutes for a second round of drinks, which were delivered by a different server who accidentally spilled a drink all over my niece, breaking a glass in the process. Despite our attempt to overlook the incident, it created a significant mess, with glass shards scattered across the table and floor. Surprisingly, no manager approached us to apologize.
After multiple requests for our check and involving the hostess, we finally asked to see a manager. The manager promptly attended to us, acknowledged the situation, adjusted our bill, and offered to cover dry cleaning for my niece’s clothes, which we declined.
While this gesture helped make amends, it was disappointing that we had to seek out the manager ourselves. Whether we’ll return...

I had a 7:30pm reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:25pm. In that time, I spoke with the host stand multiple times and was given a different excuse for our wait each time. First the girls said were “turning on our fire pit,” then they were “waiting for the table to leave,” and finally they stated that the manager’s father was sitting at our reserved table and they “couldn’t force him to get up” and we’d have to wait.
When I jokingly asked, “What if they stay another hour?” I was reassured that wouldn’t happen since they had already paid and were “leaving soon.” Sure enough, it was another full hour before they left. Awful.
This was supposed to be a birthday celebration, and instead I spent nearly an hour standing by the bar with birthday balloons in hand and no table in sight. The repeated excuses, lack of accountability, and overall disregard for a confirmed reservation made the whole experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing. No apology. No trying to make up for it.
If you want to feel ignored, misled, and disrespected on a special occasion, this is the place. Otherwise, save yourself the headache. Plenty of other restaurants actually honor their reservations and treat guests...
Read moreThis bar is very small, and they do not know how to manage their customers. The staff does not provide a welcoming atmosphere, it seems that they are annoyed to see people walk into the door. There is very limited space in this bar and if you have a party larger than two, you will never get a table. I have tried to go on their waitlist twice now, and ended up waiting for multiple hours all for them to tell me that they can no longer seat my party due to the kitchen closing. They should really be reservation only, as even the bar is very small, if you come to sit at the bar there are groups of people standing behind those who are seated waiting for seats. It is really sad for me when I make plans with my friends to come here and have a fun night, but we are not able to enjoy our time at all. Even if I try to call them in advance, they do not answer their phone which would be nice for me as I would decide not to come if I knew the conditions would be so uncomfortable. When I finally found a seat at the bar, I had to wait 15-20 minutes before my drink...
