I was in the market for a new iPhone upgrade initially I went to the north main AT&T and when I arrived, I told the gentlemen what I wanted and it seemed like he didn’t want to sell me a phone, perhaps because I got there a hour before closing. Right away I felt the bad vibes. The following day I went into the North Davis location and what a big difference. Right when I walked in I was greeted with employees that made me feel real comfortable. Honestly there were three awesome employees that helped me out big time. Want to start off by saying Jenny was astonishing when it came down to deciding what phone was right for me, she was on it. Nick was also really helpful and made the process smooth with no hassle. Lastly the manager Jason helped out a lot when it came down to all questions I had. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his employees. I would recommend this location if your looking for a new phone or upgrade....
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but today definitely called for one. I stopped by this location to upgrade my iPhone because I was running out of storage. As soon as I walked in, the staff gave me a warm welcome, and I was helped right away by Jason. Jason really took the time to listen and understand the issues I was dealing with. I came in feeling overwhelmed by all the problems my phone had been giving me, but he reassured me that he had me covered. He was super attentive and kept reminding me that, as a customer, I had options—which I really appreciated. In less than an hour, he had all my data transferred to the new phone, and I walked out completely satisfied. 10/10 service. Keep up...

I was prepared to become a paying customer, but from the moment I walked in, I was not greeted, acknowledged, or even given a simple “I’ll be right with you.” I stood in the store for approximately 10 minutes, and the sales representative did not make any effort to address me or let me know how long the wait would be. This lack of basic customer service made me feel ignored and unvalued.
