Running late to work and stop for my coffee...only to have not 1 but 2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich made before mine. Both ladies ordered after me. When I asked if someone was making my drink I was kind of shrugged while told ya "I'm making it now." When I express my concern with the fact that 2 drinks were made ahead of mine I was told "well I'm making yours now". When I asked for a manager I was told with a smirk "she is not in". I asked when she would be in, I wanted to share my experience with her I was told with more of a smirk "I don't know later I guess she was supposed to be in at 7." I asked what her name was (the girl making drinks) she told me very care free Annalise. Well thanks Annalise for horrible customer service and smirking at my frustration...I wont be visiting your Starbucks anymore and will tell everyone I know to not do the same! The drinks are put on the counter, very unorganized a messy You have to shuffle through drinks just to find your drink. They speak so low can’t hear your name, which is what happened to me. I ended up waiting there for about a half an hour when my drink was there for quite some time, but I never heard my name. I was waiting for my coffee. I saw Only one employee doing her job, making all the drinks by herself. I felt like the other two were running around like chickens with their heads, cut off, including the manager . None of them were observant or friendly as customers walk through the door. No one asked me if I needed anything, even though they saw me standing there for quite some time. I think Starbucks could improve!! one, they took Colombian bean & dailey coffee off of the menu, you can't even buy Colombian anymore , unless you pay $10 for the 10 single facts better Dehydrated👎(ridiculous price and taste like Dollar store coffee) Two, they're serving hours!
