I ordered 2 boxes of plotter paper for work, to be delivered. It was marked as delivered so I looked for an hour in every building. I called customer service. They said actually the warehouse lost it (I think they would have kept my money if I hadn't called). They offered to place the order a second time. Today, it is marked as "attempted delivery" with the note "Merchandise not on truck" and the order cancelled. I wasn't emailed, I had to follow up and call customer service again. I also was not automatically refunded. It feels like they are trying to keep people's money if they aren't paying super close attention. I wouldn't trust ordering anything from here,...

Thank you Office Depot for helping me buy my new printer I am totally amazed at my new Printer Canon TR4720 I had a nightmare with my last night printer never again. This Printer was so easy! I did not have to talk to anyone. I just put the Canon Print App on my phone. Googled on line how too It was easily explained. I designed a Birthday cake for my Grand niece and her friend that are coming this next week. I printed beautiful photos on glossy photo paper. No mistakes no redoes! Just amazing perfect prints. I've been going to Office Max since they opened ! Good service and plenty of new product. When you shop at any Tech store make sure you have all the info. (of what you need & what you need to buy) I keep going through printers & ink to the point of taking a cell phone pic. of the exsisting printer & ink box with all the different color I.D. numbers. It's fail safe and much better than looking stupid ! Just stroll over to the huge ink displays and you'll find it there! You are in & out as quick as batting an...
