This was my third time attempting to use this shop for magic and warhammer purchases. Magic was out of stock besides a set from the beginning of the year and even the warhammer selection was somewhat tragic. Even with that being said I would have still bought models for my army but the customer service is non existent. One employee couldn't answer anything that wasn't yes or no while keeping his child under control while the other couldn't look away from his magic game for more than 10 seconds, and when he did it was not friendly or professional in any manner. If the customer service was even a 3 star I would've spent a good sum on warhammer. Don't waste you're time. Drive the extra half hour to go to mythic in Monterey or SC(where I'm currently going)or game vault in Watsonville unless poor service is...

For context I have never walked into the store. THIS STORE ROCKS! with the recent launch of Lorcana it has been terrible trying to find a store that genuinely feels like it wants to FOSTER a community rather than sell to a community. I had a friend of mine purchase some starter decks for me and they have continued to send me updates about their pricing for products and their intentions going forward and it is nothing short of tremendous. This is an LGS that is worth your time and money....

My new go-to Local Game Store. Ever expanding inventory and healthy Magic: the Gathering Draft every Friday. (FNM) players are very respectful with no overly macho or aggressive individuals.
