The first time I ever went into Eric Loch diamond jewelers was to inquire about having a loose diamond of my wife’s set into a ring I had for many years. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. It felt like they had known me forever & I was family. They created a custom order for my ring & off she went to become the beauty in the attached photos. They asked me exactly how high or low I wanted to diamond set, which way, how I’d like the prongs to look everything you could think of to make sure it was so perfect, things I honestly never even thought about- but we covered it & I knew I was in good hands. While there I asked about watches since I was in the market for my second Rolex (preferably vintage) as I had my 40th birthday soon approaching. With no hesitation Megan grabbed the laptop & the search began for exactly what I was looking for. We found one that matched my desires & within 2 days the shop had it sent in for me to see in person. I absolutely feel in love with it & the moment I looked at my wife she said to Megan let’s do it. This was obviously a big purchase so I was nervous but Megan went well above all expectations to answer any questions I had as well as to find all the information for me. We went over payment options, warranty, certifications, history etc. Everyone was so incredibly amazing from day one until the day I was able to bring my watch home. Each time my wife & I have come into Eric’s it’s been such an amazing time & experience. My wife gets lost in conversations with all the ladies there as if they’ve known each other their whole lives & this is exactly how we were both treated from day 1. I honestly can never imagine stepping into another jewelry store or giving any other place my business. Eric has built a phenomenal jewelry family & atmosphere. He is extremely knowledgeable & makes sure he brings the best to everything that has the honor or gracing his business.
