I just met the friendliest barista ever in here. And trust me, I’m always met with rude ones in all locations... I think she is new there, Her name is Nai I believe! Sometimes I call her nine by accident! She’s always smiling and has insanely beautiful blue eyes. I had a really long order with some complicated drinks, but she took her time with me and double checked that everything was correct. This is the third time I was rung up by her and it was a pleasant experience all 3 times. I was waiting quite a while for 2 drinks since it was insanely busy considering it’s by route 309 and the south mall but she kept updating/apologizing and reassuring that the other baristas have not forgotten about my orders and we also had a conversation about what I should buy my husband and co-workers for Christmas, I write down some of her recommendations too! I initially cancelled the items through Uber Eats to get the refund and then since I didn't have the drivers phone number called Starbucks. Starbucks admitted that the mistake was theirs and not the drivers and did apologize. Admitting that the mistake was theirs goes a long way with me and I appreciated the honesty. Without any expectation on my part other than just wanted to know how to go about reordering my items to get them the girl offered me compensation for my trouble. She didn't need to do that but I appreciated it so much! I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 10 years now and will continue to be a customer for another 10 plus years. Read moreI frequent this Starbucks on a daily basis, and every single time I talk to any employee they are nothing but kind and gracious. Today wasnt the best of mornings for me and my Starbucks barista must have sensed it or seen it on my face that I was upset. She acknowledged that I must be having a rough day, and gifted me my coffee and even drew little hearts on it. Although that gesture might seem small to some people but it meant the world to me, she brought me to tears. I wish I got her name, but she works at the cash register at the drive thru and was wearing a cute hat that had (from what I assume) cat ears on it. I just wanted to personally thank her again, because that definitely restored my faith in humanity and lifted my spirits.
