Perfect in every way! I am from Kansas and I wanted to purchase some All-Clad cookware. I came across this store. The item I desired was identified as on-sale but the price wouldn't reflect in the cart. I contacted the store and talked to this wonderful individual Dennis Lunsford (the owner, I believe). He explained to me that website hadn't been accurately updated since the holidays to remove the sale price (which was significantly less). He immediately told me he would honor the price. I didn't want him to lose money and told him he didn't have to honor it if he would lose money. He refused and honored the price. The sales price also included free shipping. We agreed that I would pay towards the shipping of the item. This made me feel better. Anyway, the item came pithing 2-3 days in perfect condition. He even followed up a few days later to see if I was satisfied with the whole transaction! This was my first experience with this store and I can assure you it won't be my last. Even if things are full price, I'd rather support a small business with wonderful people concerned about their customers than save a few bucks. Also, I might add if you have a moment to chat with Dennis it is worth your time. He is nice, pleasant, cheerful and very proud of his town of Salisbury. He has me convinced I need to go visit. Read moreThe owner lied about his pans. We asked him for non-stick pans and he lied to us. He said the pans he sold us were non-sick. He said with a few seconds with little hot water they'd be clean. We learned the pans are browning pans and eggs and other foods stick and are very difficult to clean. Browning pans have groves cut into the cooking surface of the pans to sear and brown foods. As soon as we learned the pans were not what he said, we made a special trip back to town to return the pans in the very same afternoon that we purchased them. He refused to give us our money back and pointed to a smiley face that said he would only do store credit. We spent $233.22 in his store for products he LIED about. We were super courteous and returned them as soon as possible. We wrote a review of his store, and in his written response, he said "the customer should have done their homework before coming to his store and making the purchase." He tried to say we were in the wrong because we should have done our homework...
