scheduled and paid in advance for two different couples pottery classes. was called back and told that one of the dates would not work. there was some confusion about which date that was. ultimately they never sent reminders or scheduling confirmations for the date which we though had been moved. when i called i was told that it was too late the date had passed and could not receive a refund or reschedule the class. not really acceptable. first no email, text, or written confirmation of the dates when they are the one that wanted to change them or reminder when the dates are approaching when you book and pay in advance a month out. sad. because we were looking forward to going. instead were out almost 200 dollars and have nothing to...
