Please don’t come here if you’re wanting to do repairs on your gaming consoles, I came to rowan cellular repair a few weeks ago I wanted to add an accessory and fix a problem with the PlayStation 5 remote controllers, where it would make them slightly better gaming wise, I came in and asked if they could do it and he told me he could do it and I thought he would do it but turns out he wasn’t the one doing it he sent it to one of his “contacts” up in Durham it took a few weeks to get any updates on it I brung it in around April 12-17 somewhere around there and took almost a month to get it returned and when I got it returned, the owner told me the accessories I bought for the remote weren’t compatible for the controller and the issue I had wit he the other controller wasn’t even fixed but he had told me it was fixed so I took his word for it and I asked the owner what I would need to buy for the accessories to make the remote better he told me he would ask the guy and mind you while all this was happening all through messages sometimes he wouldn’t answer because where he had shop number on was a work phone but he wouldn’t always answer the phone understandably but he wouldn’t answer to a point where I would need to show up in person to ask him personally each time I would show up, and if you didn’t tell him your problem he wouldn’t talk to you until you talked to him, I didn’t really feel it was a problem until it started happening more regularly on the phone until when I came in once I got my controllers returned when I got them returned, he told me the controller didn’t have their accessories placed and the other one was supposedly fixed so I paid him went home to try them out the first controller I wanted fix was a white one and the problem was it had stick drift where the analog stick would have a problem moving or looking on the game you would play with, where if you looked some place it would look in another. And the other controller didn’t have its accessories placed which when I was going to use that one to play meanwhile I waited for the correct accessory I needed, when I went to use the remote controller it wasn’t turning on I asked him through text if he had knew this had happened, he told me he didn’t know about the problem so he told me to bring it in so he could fix both controllers after that I texted him when I could bring it in and he never answered me up until the recent date he still hasn’t answered me, turns out the first controller didn’t have the power cable plugged in right after his “contact” opened it up and didn’t put everything back in order he didn’t even return a few screws on the other controller matter of fact on both of the controllers have a few screws missing so I just ordered my own items I needed to repair it. I ordered it placed it’s little things it needed fixed it up but can’t fix the other controller due to other issues and things I need I’m not to specialized in, moral of story don’t come here either do it yourself or go somewhere else also don’t pay him until he has showed you what you need fixed up...

Please read before you choose a cellphone repair shop. A week ago I was given a cellphone for free with a shattered front screen and the back glass was shattered as well. After looking around I chose this shop to repair my phone. I was quoted 80 dollars to have the front screen fixed, the part was ordered after we talked on the phone. I took my phone to the owner when the screen came in, and not long after we realized it was not the right screen. The fault goes to me because I forgot to tell him that my phone was a verizon phone which is a different model than the normal one. They do not sell my screen online due to verizons control, so without hesitation the owner took out his own debit card and ordered the front screen and back screen (His quote to me was for front screen only) off of eBay and did not ask me for a single penny upfront. After the screens came in he had my phone ready as fast as possible and even stayed an hour late after the store closed to make sure I was taken care of. I was charged only 5 dollars more to have my back glass replaced and also he fixed my charger port cover and made sure I was happy with the results. Ok…..now it’s my turn to give Rowan Cellular Repair a shout out! Took my old iPad in on Tuesday and talked to Cody about having it fixed. I had dropped it a couple or years or so ago (in the street, no less!) cracked the screen in 3 places, and it broke the LCD’s. I’m an Uber driver and I use this tablet for my Uber navigating. I had been using it all this time with the stuff all messed up. Cody told me he could replace the screen and the LCD’s with no problem and have it done by Friday. And that it would work as good as new! Well, he is a man of his word! I used it for Ubering this past weekend and I am so happy! The picture is so clear, just like new!
