As good as any Denny's or IHOP. Don't let the rough exterior scare you off... Good as any place to stop. I will admit I was less than excited when it was my friends turn to pick our lunch spot and out of everywhere in SLC she picked a truck stop!

I didn't catch our waitress's name, but she's a classic diner waitress's in her 60's with grey ponytail and gave us the whole "morning Hun" experience. She was great! Filled our cups when near empty, asked which condiments we needed and brought out or check promptly. At her suggestion I added the biscuits and gravy to my breakfast classic and I'm glad I did; they hit the spot. Eggs were perfectly over medium, bacon not too crispy or fatty and she had the chef scatter my hashbrowns so they were crisp all around... Hate a pile of hashbrowns that's only cooked on the outside while soggy and undercooked in the middle.

Side note: on the street side the building days Sapps Brothers not...

Arrived at 11:30am. Placed order at 11:48, 12:29 still haven't received food😖. Service is good from wait staff. Cooks are SAF. I'm starving & they're taking FOREVER😵 i should've went somewhere else! Place is not busy at all. Food came out 5 minutes after i wrote this. My chicken🐓 fried steak was BARELY WARM & my eggs were in little pools of butter oil! 🤮🤢 How can you deep fry something and it NOT be 🔥🔥🔥!?🤬 My husband got the truckers skillet & it was luke warm also! Plus skillet full of grease🤮

Looks like its time to hire some new cooks!

Worst apple barrel ever. Was told I shouldn’t get my eggs poached because the cook isn’t very good. That should have been my first sign to walk away, but my stomach was doing my thinking. I ordered the chicken fried steak skillet. The CFS was so over cooked I couldn’t chew it up. Then I looked at my English Muffin to find phase oil. For those who don’t know it is a salty liquid margarine product used for grill cooking. I got annoyed because I asked that my food not be cooked in it just for them to put it on my toast. Maybe this cook should do something else because the kitchen...
