I bought a screen protector and the person working there put it on my phone incorrect. It had big bubbles on top and bottom. I was told by her and the store mgr that they will replace it but I had to wait for one to be ordered because the one o bought was the last one in the store. While I waited for the replacement the top where the bubble I is got a crack and when I went in for my replacement I was told they would. Not replace it now that it has a crack in it. I asked to talk to upper management and was told they can not give me that information. Victoria was AMAZING!! I came in with a Client to get a new phone connected and she not only helped with that but also made sure we had accessories. She also assisted my Client with getting her contacts moved over to the new phone by going through the email process and getting it connected!!

I also got to get some Mexican candy which is so hard to come by in Utah!! So thank you Victoria you were Great...
