Tonight was an epic fail for this Little Caesars in Glendale. This was by far one of the better Little Caesars, however tonight changed that for me and my family. We ordered on the app. The promo code for the free 2 liter soda was added. It was around 8:34 PM when the order was complete. Pick up was at 8:49 PM. Picked up the pizzas, crazy bread and soda and headed back home. I was in a rush to get home that I failed to check to see if my order was fresh. As soon as I got home, the pizzas were not fresh. Two of the cheese pizzas were not sliced so I had to pull out the pizza cutter. The crazy bread hardly had any of the normal seasonings on it which was disappointing. To top it all off, I tried calling the establishment itself and they did not answer. When they did, they hung up on me and it was still 9:21 PM. Mind you, these guys close at 10 PM. I attempted to call again, and it rang continuously with no answer. Sorry not sorry!!! But you shouldn't even get a one star from me at all. More like a -1 because of how negative my experience was this evening. It is what it is. Thanks for avoiding trying to fix a problem. If I'm going to order from any establishment, I expect my food to be made fresh and out of the oven. Thanks for not wanting to answer my call when I have a concern. Thanks for the not so great customer service. I'll be sure not to order online again but to come in person to make sure you actually do your job properly. If you don't want to work properly, then stay you a** at home. Let the real employees do their job. Other than that, have a not so great evening after a long day of not working properly you wannabe hardworking employees. #REALTALK...
Read moreMy pizza tastes great. It's unfortunate that the only thing Little Caesar's did correctly today was bake my pizza. Every other aspect of acquiring food here was a nightmare: from the red-tape around ordering cheaper items on doordash (eventually forcing me to use their website to order what I wanted, which ended up being delivered by a doordasher anyway. Yay bureaucracy!) to the fact that (no hyperbole. I kid you not, and I don't say this lightly) I've never once had the people at this location include the entirety of my order with the delivery driver, I think I'll be recommending people stay away from this location.
Consumers: Drive the extra few miles to the next store over. LC Corporate: I can understand mistakes here and there; I've worked in foodservice. But when I'm looking at the odds of my experience going off without a hitch and think "I'd be willing to bet that this one is messed up" before I even click the button, there's an underlying issue.
By the way; y'all forgot my garlic sauce. Again....
Read moreA Slice of Disappointment: Declining Pizza Quality
For years, Little Caesars Pizza, was my go-to for a satisfying pizza. Their pizza was consistently delicious, a reliable choice for a quick and tasty meal. However, over time, the quality of their pizzas has taken a noticeable downturn.
What was once a delightful experience has become increasingly disappointing. Regular pizzas that I have consistently ordered in the past such as a classic pepperoni and cheese pizza, simply aren't the same. The crust use to be airy and plentiful, but now it's flat, thin and stale. Even the freshly made seem to be overcooked.
It's disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment slip in quality. While I hope this is a temporary issue, the recent decline in their pizza's quality has left me questioning whether I'll continue ordering from them. Unless significant improvements are made, I'm afraid I'll have to find a new pizza spot to satisfy...
