Can’t get a call back for an appointment. I have called and left messages over the last 3 weeks and have not received any communication back. Goes to voicemail during business hours as well. My friend had referenced this salon as a good place to go so I’ve been patient to hear back because I really liked the way it looks and as I’m new to the city and don’t really know where else to go. Poor professionalism if you can’t call a prospective client back. Super bummer. Website also won’t let me book a basic consultation with the stylist I want which was detailed in my voicemails. Your voicemail system says you will return all voicemails and texts and over the last month you simply have NOT done that. What a great place! The ambience is perfect, cozy and calming. The location is easy to find and there was plenty of street parking on 800S and 300E. I came in to see Stevie for a wash, haircut, and blow dry and left feeling confident and happy with the outcome. She's an expert with Hairstory detergent-free hair washes, which I have been using for several weeks now. She gave me a great fresh cut and took off all the scraggly ends.
