Swig — Local services in Salt Lake City

We walked here (so we didn’t have a car) and their lobby was closed. There was a sign that said we could order on the app but the app didn’t have the sugarhouse location. The girl (red hair and a bandana - didn’t catch her name) came out and said we couldn’t walk through the drive thru so we asked her if we could order with her and she said yes and that she would be right back and walked back inside. We sat and waited for 20 minutes (we figured they were coming back out after the drive thru died down) until finally it was empty. We knocked at the door and the girl with the red hair came back and we asked if she was still coming to take our order. She replied that she never said she was going to take our order and that she can’t. We told her it was fine if she can’t but she said she could and we had been waiting for 20 minutes for her to come out because she said she would. She doubled down and said that never said she would take our order. The thing is we sat right in front of the window for 20 minutes (very visible) and no one ever said a thing to us until we asked again.

App was broken, employee lied to us, and we walked 1.5 miles to get a soda so now we are just walking home...

Me and my friends usually come to this swig because it is fast and our drinks are really good. But I have notice this same worker every time is either on her phone, talking to someone and not working, talking to the car instead of taking orders. Around 1 hour ago I went with my friends and that same worker was talking to maybe her friend, or her family member, or someone she really knows and they were talking about boys and how she should get with them and me and my friends thought it was weird just because you should be working and not talking about that stuff. She was also talking about how she doesn’t want to close the store. I get it they are teenagers but they should really think about their conversations in front of their costumers. If I was the manager at this place I would have already fired that person just because you should be doing your work not taking to your friends and me and my friends could tell the other workers needed help. This was the swig on highland...

Well. I’ve been to other locations before who don’t have a lobby and they’ve always taken walk ups. Not sure why this one doesn’t. I had just walked to this location from 200 S Main Street cause I just wanted a peach lemonade (trying to stop drinking coffee so I didn’t wanna go to a coffee shop cause I don’t wanna get tempted to get coffee). But I walked an hr and a half just to get told “you have to wait till all of the cars are done taking their orders which we don’t know how long that would take” and more cars just felt coming and they didn’t serve me. Dissatisfied. I’m not going to wait till yall almost close for a $2 lemonade. Doesn’t take that long to make it either. That whole conversation they could’ve taken my order and I could e had my drink 2 minutes later. Sorry I can’t afford a yalls $20,000 lemonades since yall require a fancy vehicle in order to get one. Never going to this location again. Even if I did have a car. Went to beans and brews and they were happy...
