After nearly ten years of practicing yoga, this is the first studio I could honestly say felt like home. Every instructor I've taken a class from is amazing and very attuned to the needs of their students. Class sizes are small, ensuring personal attention and plenty of space to stretch. I've been in classes as small as one, but never larger than roughly two dozen. If it's your first time in a class (any class, not just at the studio), a teacher will often take the time to introduce themselves, to learn your name and ask about any special needs you may have. The space is beautiful: exposed brick and wood; giant windows with lots of natural light.
I started here with their introductory pass, intending to studio-hop for a while and never left. I try to attend between four and six classes a week and I always leave feeling better and more at peace than when I arrived, no matter what's happening in the outside world. Finally, after six months of "yoga studio shopping" between park city and slc, I was fortunate to stumble upon Avenues Yoga. An un-assuming, welcoming community of all types of yoga-hearted individuals--from the total novice to the well-trained but humble daily practitioner.
My only hope is the Avenues will find a way to make a monthly pass less cost-prohibitive. Though no more expensive than similar establishments, I cannot afford the $115 dollars a month for the...
Read moreLila Studio is a beautiful and cozy venue with stunning chandeliers and intimate spaces for unforgettable events. The Little Blue Bar had the pleasure of bartending a wedding reception full of whimsy, love, and ‘Doctor Who’ themed cocktails, softly lit by the glow of vintage lamps and accompanied by the soft trickle of the sweet tea fountain. Chanda, event coordinator, was communicative and eager to aid our bartenders Bridgette and Ryan, guiding through service entrances and providing gorgeous spaces to serve our guests. Lila Studio has a charming wooden bar table our bartenders used and had great surrounding storage and decor to further accessorize the venue and maximize our service space. We loved getting to work alongside Lila Studio in hosting such a beautiful wedding and look forward to future...
