I’m generally easygoing and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely pushed me to speak up. The woman working during my visit was incredibly rude — not just to me, but to other customers as well. When I asked about a Bluetooth audio converter for airplane use, she responded in a short, condescending tone that felt more dismissive than helpful. Shortly after, another customer asked about an Apple product and received a similarly vague reply: “Just find the Apple products.” When he asked for more direction, she snapped again with clear irritation. Another customer nearby called her out on her behavior, and in front of everyone, she flat-out said she didn’t care how she treated people because she’d never see us again anyway — and she seemed proud of that. I’m currently sitting at the airport and felt compelled to write this after reading other reviews describing nearly the same experience. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident. I’m just adding my voice to what seems to be a growing pattern — this kind of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, which unfortunately was extremely disappointing. The staff member I interacted with was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I politely asked to view a pair of sunglasses behind the counter, her response was passive-aggressive and made me feel as though my presence was unwelcome. After several instances of this behavior, I asked if there was an issue, to which she responded (smiling and laughing) that she would no longer be serving me. I chose to take my business elsewhere and purchased only a charger instead of the $500 worth of items I originally intended to buy. I truly believe in supporting businesses that value customer service. If maintaining a positive customer experience and maximizing sales are priorities for your team, I strongly suggest reassessing who is representing your brand on the floor.

The lady working here, I believe her name is “May” or something close is extremely rude, short and unprofessional. I looked at all the other 1 star reviews that posted her photo and it is the same woman. She is impolite and should not be working in a retail store if that is going to be her attitude. The fact that she alone has 5 1-star reviews about her attitude is incredible. I’m surprised she still...
