Five-star review for Vessel Kitchen inside SLC Airport:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vessel Kitchen inside SLC Airport, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The food served at this establishment was absolutely delicious. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every dish.
Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff at Vessel Kitchen were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Despite being in a busy airport, they made sure to provide fast service without compromising on the quality of the dining experience. It was refreshing to be greeted with a smile and treated with such care.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was also inviting and comfortable. Despite being located in an airport, the ambiance was calm and relaxing. It was the perfect place to grab a bite to eat and unwind before or after a long flight.
Overall, I highly recommend Vessel Kitchen to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying dining experience at SLC Airport. The combination of great food, fast service, and friendly staff make it a standout choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to...
Read moreOur plane was delayed for 2 hours, we were hungry, so we stopped to grab a bite here. Google said it wasn't open, but it was when we walked by - hours on the menu state 10am - 11pm. We're here at 11:15 am and enjoying a yummy lunch.
The yogurt in the cold case looked good, so we grabbed one. It was amazing. The best yogurt I've ever had. Seriously. So good It appears to be local to Salt Lake City only, which is disappointing because I live on the east coast.
I had the poke bowl, and Gray had the kale salad with falafel. My poke was super yummy, with the tiniest kick. Well seasoned, nicely balanced, and super fresh. I'm told the kale salad was equally delicious. Crispy kale, ample parmesan. I missed my chance to get a picture of the kale salad before it was dug into, but the one I took is a pretty good representation. The falafel was room temperature and fluffy. Two large pieces cut in half atop the salad. The sign at the entrance said $2 extra for falafel, but the price at the register was $4.
Overall a great experience. Delicious food, friendly staff, and the best yogurt ever. Oh, and the spectacular view of the mountains out the window was...
Read moreSo i love the food here, but I think the workers need a raise or extra training or something cause they always pissed over simple requests when I come thru. If I'm paying over $16 for a meal and pay a whole dollar extra for horseradish crema on the side maybe don't act so aggravated when I ask you fill the 1 ounce container after receiving it half full...it's not you who paid for it...I did! And if I ask for the sweet potato's in the hash hash on the side because I don't like the toppings mixing with it...maybe don't try to give me half of the portion size of sweet potatoes by putting it in a cup then act mad AT ME when I say can i please have the rest of what it comes with. It seems like all restaurant workers dont understand we're paying for these products so maybe don't have such an attitude about the customer receiving what they're paying for. And then you ask for a tip...
