The Royal Lounge — Local services in Salt Lake City

I was scheduled for a facial and massage. Beautiful Kalei was the one I was able to receive treatment from. Before I get into the facial and massage; if you have never been to the Royal Lounge it is pretty much a His and Hers beauty salon/barber shop. One side is the Barber side and let me tell you the vibes in there was giving New York limelight. The lighting, art work so eye catching and unique. I was then led through a connecting door to the beauty salon side of the lounge and it was TRANSFORMING! The decor, the set up the ambiance was something I had not experienced before. Beautiful Kalei was so nice, it was my first time getting a facial and massage so she walked me through everything and what to expect. Filled out a form with questions about my skin and what not, while she got things ready for the treatment. She also introduced me to their snack bar and they had diet pepsi so I give that itself a 10/10 :)

When it came time for the facial and massage treatment, LET ME TELL YOU.....I don't remember much, because I was sleeping and I am sure snoring as well, but if you are not snoring in a massage treatment you need to get rid of your massage person. COME TO THE ROYAL LOUNGE! The treatment was over the top what I have ever experienced. The aroma of all the different oils, creams and lotions were just complimentary to one another and added to the soothing experience.

All in all my experience was TOP TIER! And that is exactly what you will get at The Royal Lounge for any treatment you get there. Thank you Kalei and the beautiful ROYAL LOUNGE for taking care! Book now and tell them HRH...

Highly disappointed in the service or lack of. I book in advance and the braider canceled on me 40 min before my appointment?! So unprofessional and then she wants to make “me” message the braiders but when I looked at their availability they were all booked. I asked are you sure and she says she can message them and never follows up. Very unprofessional and disappointed this is not how a business should be ran. I’m not the one who cancelled so why should I have to refer out for you being “sick” which I highly doubt lame excuses and lack of professionalism. This is what sucks about instagram braiders they lack the ability to run a business. It’s not just about the actual service it’s about the contact the costumer service.
