In the past few years, RoHa Brewing has gone from a neighborhood spot we would go into occasionally for a beverage or to sit on the dog-friendly patio on a beautiful day to a brewery that has absolutely stolen our hearts and become a cornerstone of the Ballpark neighborhood. Check out their instagram for a rotating calendar of community events (from fundraisers to save the Great Salt Lake to delicious local cheese tastings), beer releases, food trucks, & local bands. The beers are fun and have a wide range, the hard seltzers are refreshing, and even if you’re doing a Dry January or a Sober October, they’ll have something besides water for you to sip. But let’s be real: the real strength of RoHa is its people, both the staff and the regulars. They are so welcoming and friendly, and you don’t have to fit a certain look or be in a specific age range to receive a hello and a chat. Come on by and experience our lovely neighborhood brewery. No matter the season, it’s a nice place to be.

My boyfriend and I have been enjoying their beer for years now. Great atmosphere. They expanded their place since it opened and they are dog friendly!!! They have a basket that says snag a free tennis ball for your pup. Honestly just a cute tucked away place. Food? Yes! Pizza and soft pretzels with cheese. It’s one of the best hole in the wall breweries to visit. Do it, do it now!

Great little brewery! We stopped in as we were driving through and needed a place to check in with work. The beer was delicious, the bartender was friendly, and security đŸ¶ was keeping us safe! We’ll be back if we come through SLC again. The Fuzzy Pucker was a great peach sour if that’s your jam.

So Utah has a 5% beer ABV rule from the tap but you can put whatever in a can. This brewery, basically only had a select few of their own brews on tap. That means a lot is coming out of a can. That's cool and it's goofy at the same time meaning you can get higher ABV booze but it's coming out of a can which you're likely getting charged more for and have no idea when it was actually canned. Hmmm. The tender Oreo was cool. Merch was okay. I just don't love the idea of going to a brewery and drinking their stuff from a can and paying more. In CA, if you're pouring from a can it never costs more than from the tap, which makes absolute...

This review is long overdue, but sincerely felt. Awhile ago, I visited with a friend, and I LOVE how the patio was been re-done! It has a great layout, and the atmosphere is inviting and cozy. And the garage door being open was a fun surprise as well! I loved my evening there and will, of course, be coming back for more soon!!

The seasonal seltzers NEVER disappoint! I learned not only are they on tap, but also available in cans on-site. So if you find a flavor you love (and you will), you can take it home with you.

PS - I loved the new mural on the side of the building!!...
