I was excited to try your coffee shop based on the glowing reviews, but my experience today fell a bit short of expectations. I appreciate the effort you put into making your own syrups, and I was eager to try the seasonal blueberry latte. Unfortunately, my date was disappointed to learn you were out of matcha and chai, which they were hoping to order. The latte itself had a very bold espresso flavor, which might be due to a dark roast or an off pull—I’m not sure. Sadly, it overpowered the blueberry syrup, so I couldn’t taste the seasonal flavor. Additionally, I was surprised to find several blueberries skins in the drink, which felt out of place and made it hard to enjoy. The texture of the soggy blueberry skins was a bit unpleasant, and I ended up fishing them out to finish the latte. I can see the passion behind your craft, and I’m rooting for you! Gorgeous cozy coffee shop perfect aesthetic relaxing feminine for delicious treats and conversation. Came here with my fiancée to get some deep work done and it felt like I was in the cutest living room. So well decorated and girly I wish every SLC woman knew about this spot! Just driving by and saw a little coffee shop sign and decided to stop in. Boy, was I pleased the moment I walked up. Coffee and crystals! Now I have to say, I’m on a no caffeine, sugar or dairy diet but needed the nostalgia and the owners and staff were so beyond helpful. The decaf is delicious and I even bought a few crystals.
