Riley is amazing! Please go see her if you’re looking to buy. Very knowledgeable about everything. Answered every question we had professionally. She made financing and purchasing super simple and fast. No standing around waiting forever to get everything processed. I was very very impressed with Riley’s and Walaroo’s after a day full of furniture shopping, they were by far my favorite.
Updating my post cause I just love Wallaroo’s. They told me 3-4 weeks for delivery. I called at 3.2 week and they said it was on a truck and it’d be in on Friday, but it would take only a day or two for delivery after the truck arrived. Mind you, when I bought our furniture I didn’t know I had family coming the day before the 4 week mark so without this furniture I’d have no couch or extra beds for people to sleep. I was getting panicked. The truck not their Friday, but totally ok, they warned me 3-4 weeks. It’s my impatience. At the 3.3 week mark they call and say it’s here but they can’t deliver until the following Tuesday because of the amount of deliveries schedule since. I think that’s TOTALLY understandable. So I said “ok, I need it now, I’ll come get it.” They returned my delivery charged and dug our order of their wear-house for us to pick up within 2 hours of us switching our plan. Polo was AMAZING at making sure this switch was done without any issues. He made me aware that this might take some time so I was prepared but they had it under control. Two other guys in the back started grabbing our stuff and loaded our truck. They were beyond accommodating. No sign of being annoyed with the rearranging and I just felt like they were all friends. I swear I’ll never buy furniture anywhere else. They couldn’t help the delay in the truck or delivery and I don’t think that’s at any fault to them. They still made sure I had everything I needed as soon as humanly possible. I’ll never forget this level of customer service, let alone the quantity of furniture. Love you Wallaroo’s
Couldn’t add a review to google after I left a great review from my buying experience. Bought the cloud couch in June. Seriously best experience buying wise and loved our couch. 6 months later my couch sheds feathers constantly. If you take off the covers to wash (which was my entire selling point) feathers literally pour out. All my cushions are getting lighter and lighter. Nowhere near as comfortable as when we purchased it. I’ll run out of feathers in my couch before it’s paid off at the 12month mark. Worst...
Read moreRun. Don't shop here. Swap meet energy. Staff turnover is alarmingly high and they have no idea what’s going on. They struggle to maintain genuine costumer service and are only concerned about appearing to have good service on Google. If you want your problem fixed, they are SO pushy, aggressive, and threatening about having your review changed. Terrible customer service and the reviews below are clearly forced, incentivized, and disingenuous.
They purposefully ignored my phone calls in the store because they knew I wasn't happy. Who does that? No one returned my calls. We had a terrible experience. Ended up getting offered a $150 refund and a weak promise to have it by Christmas and a different couch. We passed. It isn't coming.
A little more detail-- I ordered a couch in August that was supposed to come at the end of September. Wallaroo's is blaming it on a miscommunication from a former employee. No, this isn't the case. Multiple employees kept on promising it would come, "just two weeks more" they said. At least five employees in total. And we went in several times to check-in. It's December, and no couch. Literally everyone is clueless.
Don't listen to whatever lame excuse they put below this review. Some big wig at the company called us after we requested a refund and just made excuses. SO pushy about still having us make a purchase when we were beyond done. Move on, and don't shop at a place named Wallaroo's. They claim to "actually have furniture" in their video ads on the website. Nope. We're mad, don't shop here. And again, whatever response down below will mostly be another excuse.

Wallaroo's advertised that they had that same couch but available a few weeks sooner than the other store, so we cancelled our original order, and ordered one through Wallaroo's. The quoted timeline came and went, and when we tried contacting the store to see what was going on we weren't able to get in contact with them for several days. Finally we were able to get through to them, and they stated that the couch was delayed even more, so we went back to the original store, and found that they had the couch we were looking for in stock so it could be delivered the next day. When we went to cancel our order through Walleroo's they informed us that there was no way to negate their restocking fee despite the fact that they had already breached their contract with us. During the back and forth we were having with them, they mentioned that the delivery was going to be delayed by another two months. We informed them that we would be getting lawyers involved if they didn't remove the restocking fee despite breaching contract, and then Wallaroo's magically had a couch in stock that could be delivered a few days from then.
