Asked a person for contact information for one of the mall proprietors regarding question on a particular item. The person was not willing to call or give me information, but did accept a note which she promptly filed in a folder. Unfortunately, I did not feel this method of communicating facilitated a timely sale or was representative of a buyer friendly establishment.
