I had made an appointment to get my haircut and colored here because a friend had recommend it to me. I thought when telling the person what I was looking to get done for coloring (balayage - ombre look) that they would have but me with someone who knows what to do. I guessed wrong. I came prepared and showed several photos that I had pinned for the look I was going for. I had also explained that I was very limited on time and didn’t want it to be something where I would need to come back few month to get touched up.

So after it was all said and done I ended up with very streaky hair and a pretty harsh difference from the top to bottom. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and was able to check it out all away around. After a day of trying to tell myself it wasn’t that bad... I contacted them to let them know I had some issues with my coloring.

They were nice to get me back in to try to fix it, however had to use the same person who did my hair the first time. I tired to explain to both the person and owner that I thought it was streaky and not a smooth transition from top to bottom. The owner told the person doing my hair what to use to fix it. It seemed a little better after she was done. However its still very streaky and looks like I have a bad dye job.

Even though everyone here seems very nice and easy to talk to, I’m now left with hair I feel like I need to cover up every time I go out. And for $270...Its not the first time I’ve gotten my hair dyed the way I asked for... However, because of this, Ill be getting it dyed back to my natural color...

I've given this place multiple chances and each time I leave supremely disappointed. The first time I got highlights here the woman concentrated so much in the front that it was very chunky blonde highlights and the rest of my hair was still the same color brown. I went in having her fix it and she ended up dying my hair back to the original color. Thank you for making me pay $200 for my original hair color! I should have known better to go back but I did anyway. I came in to get a bayalage, this hairstylist turned strands of my brown hair white! It fealt very rushed and seemed like she didn't want to be there. It was a late appointment and she stayed after everyone left. If you are going to rush an appointment and do a sloppy job, do not schedule appointments that late! The color was so embarrassing and disappointing I didn't even want to go to work the next day! I went into a different salon to get a second opinion and they were appalled that a salon of this stature would mess up my hair so bad! I asked for a refund of my $250 cut and color and the owner said no. Instead of giving me a refund they offered to fix it. I said sure and had to sit in a chair across from the woman who ruined my hair and she didn't look at me or even apologize. The second woman did a bad job of covering it up with some highlights which I had to get fixed AGAIN by a friend who just graduated beauty school... I'm very upset and disappointed with this salon and will not...

Kim was absolutely fantastic-honestly I felt so lucky to get her! This was my first time here and she listened to my needs of wanting a natural balayage transition to lighten my look and still keep the one inch I’m lucky to grow a year in length…AND managed to create the curtain bangs I always love for when I style my hair up.

I’ve rarely walked out of a salon feeling like I’ve accomplished my hair goals,but i totally did today with Kim’s expertise! Also all the chairs next to me had similar expressions of joy so I’m sure anyone you would get would make your hair aspirations a reality!

If you are reading old reviews, Kim and her phenomenal team of artists took over a few years ago and this salon is a 5 star establishment. Great vibe+calm atmosphere+professional talented boss...
