Very upset - took in my friend to buy pasteles because she really wanted some to share with her family for Christmas. They charged her $35/ dz and were 1/2 the size of what my grandma used to make and sell them them for. Most of the time both my grandmaās only made and gave them away to family and friends because thatās what the holidays were all about. I can not believe how the prices have increased and the products have gotten so darn skimpy. People should really be ashamed of themselves charging so much for virtually next to nothing in return. It was obvious English wasn't her 1st language, so I spoke clearly and spelled one word she might not have recognized (it was new to me, too). She was very rude from the moment she said hello, very short-answered, and (because I had already asked for 2 things she doesn't sell) she hung up on me as I was speaking the 3rd and final request like she just didn't have the time of day for me. I had never been here before and...
