If i could I'd put a negative 5 stars thats how bad this location is . HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! (Old management was better) if someone messes up or calls in etc they bash that person and make sure everyone in the cafe hears them . If they mess up on you're order or u order alot prepare to have eyes rolled at you and be the talk of the day and keep in mind like i said before they make sure the whole store hears . Its suppose to be a starbucks policy to remake your drink if they mess up on it but boy do they hate that . Restrooms are dirty! Paper everywhere ,trash cans are always over filled , toilet paper is barely replaced sometimes you have to ask for them to get some which a customer shouldn't have to do .flies in the store sometimes. Some workers don't wear long enough shorts to cover them when the bend over which is very inappropriate. Workers don't use gloves to grab your food, take forever to make you're drink care more about drive through then cafe . If you ask for a cup of Water high chances are its always foggy and taste gross . Some workers never or barely wash they're hands and always touch they're face or hair and clean they're hands on they're apron then grab you're cup to hand it to you which leaves it sticky which is a health hazard to put there fingers on the rim which cleary they don't care about it seems . Multiple coffee spills on the floor that are left for awile and not mopped up! Tables not wiped down so when i come with my laptop i always have to wipe the table with a napkin myself. Managagment is rude and snobby as well as some of they're staff members and some treat other workers horribly for the whole store to see . If you order a sandwhich most the time they burn it . They're Aprons are always dirty covered with stains . If you order a drink make sure to listen for you're name cause they'll only say ot once they leave filled trash bags out by front desk . Only a few workers they're are nice and actually smile at you and ask how you're day is etc i could keep going but word of advice if you want peace and quiet in a clean and nice environment either go to a different starbucks location or a totally different coffee shop all together like the one in barnes and noble at...
Read moreI just came through the drive-through and my total was close to 40 and I looked on the window to make sure that they take 50s and there was no sign at the window it says no bill higher than 20 well there was no wording on the window and my bill was $40 and they refused to take my 50 and they also gave me attitude and they also made everything so difficult and frustrating when I walk in the store The girl who is taking orders also running front counter was giving me attitude for no reason or no purpose I just feel like they should do a better job and if we’re not allowed to pay $50 that they need to have a sign on the window there was no sign and then she took a while to give me my order she was too busy packaging other orders before mine and when I just went into the store so I was Treating unfairly and I don’t think this is right I think they need to hire new people at this location that knows how to do their job and also the boy the drive-through he was also giving me attitude and I am very upset and I will never come back to the Starbucks Also Allie the GM also had an attitude problem when I told her that she messed up one of my drinks and so she kept trying to get smart with me on the phone and that is very unprofessional I would like to speak to corporate or someone higher than her because obviously we’re not getting nowhere this is my fifth time coming through that line they’re always missing something up or they always...

The guy who took my order was polite and professional, however; I looked up like 15 minutes later looking for my drink and saw a drink sitting over there on the counter. I asked was that my drink? It had obviously been sitting over there for a while, there was no line. So I asked did someone all my name, because usually that is how its done or they call the drink out. No one called out anything, yet the drink was just sitting there. Noticing the guy who took my order was out of the picture somewhere in the back. So the guy in a black shirt said, "No, and pointed to the tap and said I can't see the name, because there's no receipt tape..." I said but no one said anything and its just sitting there? Who's fault is that, I asked? So I asked could they make another, because it taste like milk and was watery. Never apologizing, by this time the original employee came in and heard the discussion and he apologized. But the rude guy began remaking the drink and muttled something under his tongue, (which I wish I could have heard) while slamming things. I asked others for his name.
