Best bakery I have ever been to! Being homesick for some time, this place really brings me back to my childhood. The nice atmosphere, music and aroma is a thing to remember. There was a young woman behind the counter who was so friendly and she chatted with us as we were looking over the case of heavenly snacks. I never would have imagine buying so many sweets and cookies, that it just appeared in my tray by themselves. I really need to go to the gym after this then come back again, its a guilty pleasure for sure. IT REALLY IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL. Will immediately come back for seconds, thirds and more.

Worst tamales I've ever had. They were sold to me cold and falling apart with no detectable meat. And although they have a great selection of sweet bread, it's definitely not fresh. I've been here twice and the second time I came before closing on a Sunday and witnessed the lady pulling out all the trays and shelfing them in the back for the next day.

What a great place to get very delicious breakfast goodies. The food is all homemade, and it's always fresh. The Kolachies are double meat and very good too. Ladies are always super friendly and eager to make sure you are happy customers. Love stopping here each time I am in the area.

I adore this bakery! This place is less than a block down from my home and I pass it every morning on my way home from work. Originally when I moved here I never gave it a second thought but I've been a regular customer, going in two to three days a week, for the past few months now. They have very authentic Mexican pastries and sweet breads as well as a few hot breakfast items in the morning hours. The spinach quiche for breakfast is awesome! I really love the apple fritters, cinnamon twists and paletas. My husband enjoys the blueberry bread pudding and the Quatro leches cake and his father enjoys the pasteles, simple cookies and bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. They have a great variety of handmade donuts, cookies and seasonal desserts and a few refrigerated items such as cheesecake and tres leches which are both great. It's a great place to stop in for a quick snack for you or your family and the staff there are very sweet...

These people think they can talk Spanish and because someone may appear of a different decent that they don’t know Spanish. Food was undercooked. Service was bad and the way they treat their customer was truly horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And I am from Mexican decent. But forgive me if I’m educated enough to speak proper English. And I’m not hating because they don’t speak proper English. Was the fact that they discriminated because I spoke proper English. Maybe you should put up a sign saying that you would prefer only Mexican customers who just speak Spanish. Don’t ever assume the customer doesn’t know the language you are talking to co workers putting the customer down. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. In this time, people should be nice and embrace other races and cultures. No place for this...

This WAS my go too place for pan dolce after moving out of the Southside of SA. I went for some cookies and some goodies for my kiddos and I was charged 2 times for my order. Lady was talking about she did a return with my card that wasn't even charged the first time. I went back a few days later as they said "it was returned" the lady that is there is rude, no customer service skills at all, she said to by at a certain time then I go and she's like oh my boss isn't here. Nope! I ain't leaving till I get my money back. I should've asked for cash back cause forget it! I still haven't gotten it returned yet. Going back and asking for cash in hand. If they don't provide, I'm calling the police to file theft charges. Ridiculous! Now this is definitely worth the trip to my...
