Throughout the years this has been one of my favorite stores to discover surprising finds or get inspiration for decorating. They have good prices & sometimes great deals. I've purchased bathroom items, runners, floral & holiday decor, prints, vases, serve-ware made in Italy, gifts, greeting cards, food & cookware. Usually they're unique items & it's always fun to discover something new. You can even find a variety of snacks, candy, ingredients & even healthy snacks/supplements/bars/powders. Sometimes I just like to peruse the aisles looking for that next great find or deal as they're constantly restocking every week. Last week there was a lot of Halloween decor & they were moving things around & stocking aisles so it was a bit of a challenge maneuvering in some areas. What disturbed me was the bathroom & how dirty it was, no paper towels, one sink was still not working since the last time I was there maybe a month ago? The Paper Towel dispenser was stuck & not functioning properly, toilet seat covers were lacking, toilet paper was all over the floor in the stalls, pump soap was low & the wall soap dispenser wasn't working. Isn't there employees assigned to check the bathroom? That was just unacceptable & management should assign someone to check on it throughout the day. Mind you, I was there probably around lunchtime! And this wasn't the first time it's been unmaintained. The past year it has & this has been the dirtiest. I just felt it was time to write a review with the good & bad in hopes this constructive criticism will improve things & how they're managed.

We went to Home Goods after having gone to several other stores looking for bathroom items and home decor. They had some really good bathroom sets if your looking for curtains and rugs. They also have a great selection of home decor. Good prices and great selection. We also purchased an office chair, and a really nice picture for the office.

Always a favorite of mine. My wife and I love coming here for the holiday decor. They get a great selection, but you have to go early as the good stuff comes in and is gone quick and early. The staff are always helpful and nice.

After halloween was over this year I had a couple of items I did not use that were still new and I had the reciept for them. Homegoods website clearly states all returns after 30 day can only recieve a store credit. So I took my itnes in and was told they were done with halloween and no longer taking returns. Hmm. So I looked at my reciept and there was no mention of seasonal items which is 50% of what they sell have a different return policy so the assistant manager came up to the front and told me Eric Garza was the manager and thay he made that decision but that also that was a corporate wide decision. He then proceeded to ask me what he was supposed to do with halloween items since they had moved on to Christmas.. I said I don't really care but if your going to have a strict date that you will no longer than take back certain times that doesn't match up with what is stated on your recipt and on the corporate website it should be posted and printed in the reciept just like Spirit does. None of this phased him. So over thr next three days I went to the Quarry home goods and the Rim and guess what.... they returned all my items without question or scrutiny. So I'm thinking this was not corporate policy. Be sure you ask when buying anything for Christmas from this store if they will be honoring their holiday return policy or if you will be shocked and told no because...

I just want to start off by saying I had went in with my significant other to just browse around for some things for our place. After we collected the few items after browsing around we had stood in line where there was only 1 cashier available. Keep in mind it was near closing and the cashier did seem a bit flustered. The cashier called me up when I handed her the items I had which were 4 cups and a pack of eco straws.. she commented with ā€œ you shouldn’t stack these cups together they are hard to pull apart ā€œ. I personally did not totally agree with what she said so I brushed it off and bit my tongue. After that I handed her the package of eco straws which she scanned and threw down to the bagging area. Not sure if this was intentional or not. Shortly after she started to call over to another cashier who was standing around in a very unprofessional way. The cashier then came over and at the time the cashier who was helping me stated ā€œI’m done. My shift is over I have to go.ā€ She then stormed out of the store in a hurry. I debated on whether or not to speak to the manager and came to the conclusion that I would rather just leave this comment for the rest of local people to see prior to going to this store. It is very unfair to treat people the way this employee did to myself and my...
