There was a older lady I believe a manager who treated me like I was a interruption to her day to look in back for something specific I was looking for in the Halloween department. I worked as a retail manager, customer service and sales most of my 35 plus years of employment and never would I talk to or treat someone that way. She actually wasn't going to go back and get what I was asking for until I asked her what her name was only then did her attitude shifted but not enough to be honest...then when she made me wait a unrealistic amount of time I knew it was on purpose. It was the morning of Sept 7th the amount of my transaction was $86.60 transaction number on file with my bank shows 00022392 if you go back to that day on your cameras you will see both who the employee was and how long I was waiting. This lady was very unapproachable and spoke to me in a tone that made me feel both unwelcome and a burden. This is EXACTLY why I prefer to shop online and not in the stores this will ultimately cause all the big box stores to close. It's called customer service and she doesn't have it. It's already bad enough prices for products are out of control and unfortunately Targets prices have always been higher than most to start with but to deal with rude employees is something that sends...
Read moreSo this is my first time being at this particular target figure go 30 minutes and travel to shop here I'd have an awesome experience, wrong. The most horrible experienced that I'm very disappointed the way I was treated. So my 2 year old son grabbed a toy and was in the basket while I was in the electronic department looking at the new iphone7 displayed I mean I wasn't acknowledged for help for a good while so I minded my business and so when I was almost done looking at the phone I heard "no no no you ripped the toy" as I looked over my son he just ripped the corner of the cardboard box and he took it away from him. I looked at him and said that's ok because I'm getting it for him and he told me he can't open it until I purchase it. I understand that but he didn't even open the toy at all like I said it was ripped on the corner flap of the cardboard. So he grabbed it and said he has to damage it wait what?!?!? That was the most embarrassing thing an employee can do is talk to me like If I was going to let my son open it and not pay. It would've been different if he approached me and said if we needed help or approached to me right. I rather go to the south side target where I'm acknowledged and asked if I need any help so never going to this...
Read moretoday I visited this store and purchased a new mouser for my computer, after checking on line, I noticed that WalMart has same item for lower price, before leaving the store I visited the customer service and mentioned about price match. Associate who was helping me, she called a manger by name Jeff who without any hesitant said no we do not match price and started to walk away. I showed him the ad on my phone and he insisted that they do not match the price. I asked the associate to get the store managers name and number in addition asking for corporate number, she called another manager which I did not get her name. After explaining the situation, this manager apologized and match the price also compensate me with small donation of a gift card which surely went the long way. There are few so called manager who they need to be reprimanded not just for their action also not need to be in customer service and interaction with public and those like the lady that she completed the transaction and save the sale also retained a lost customer. Again Thank you to that lady who took care of me and...
