FRAMING: Took 3 prints to be framed. Giana was super helpful in selecting frames and matting. Total was $700 for one large and two medium pieces. Framing turned out nice however the two medium with box type deep frames were backed with thin flimsy paper that punctured as soon as I picked it up. I picked it up like any other picture frame - thumbs on front and fingers on back of the frame, my index finger on back pushed a hole in. The paper was heavier then tissue paper but much thinner then a paper bag type of paper. It was so thin that the tear happened through the plastic wrapping. Really thought it wouldn’t be that big of a deal to ask them to fix the problem but it was a huge problem and they basically tried to say there was nothing that could be done. My husband continued to insist this was not acceptable and finally they relented and said the only fix was to put a cotton type stuffing to fill the space between the artwork and paper backing and “you will need to pay for this”. It was $20 per piece and we would have paid for this had we known or been offered this. Bianca was as rude as could be about the situation and the manager who later called to describe the fix wasn’t any better. The two stars is for the unprofessionalism when dealing with a problem and failing to describe or offer this from the get go. Why would we pay hundreds of dollars on framing and skimp on $20 bucks. I have a feeling that my wife and girls will be spending a fortune here over the next few years. The staff went out of their way to help us find items for our new house. Once staff member was on crutches, but she helped us out repeatedly and was super friendly. It is obvious that the store prides itself in being friendly. The store is divided up based on seasons so it was a lot of fun walking around the store looking for various items if you're looking for country style items to decorate your house then it has a lot of items to look at and choose between. They had similar items to other stores in their same shopping center however prices are much better than their competitors. If you're looking for fun pictures for your walls then you should definitely check out the Hobby Lobby selection. They had animal pictures Bible verses funny sayings and just plain silly things to make you laugh. This is also a great place for a woman to go to get decoration for husbands man cave. We should at buying a really cute rooster to use as a centerpiece in our kitchen. Our children love it and so do we. I enjoy an occasional trip to Hobby Lobby like every other decorating enthusiast, especially on sale day. I entered the store shortly before 7pm so my time was limited, but so was the staff. The huge selection of fall decorations were just what I was looking for, which kept me busy filling my cart. What in could not find was the very item I went in for. I looked for an associate to send me in the direction to expedite my search (because the loud speaker countdown had begun) to no avail. At checkout I asked the cashier where the item was located and she immediately told me where to find them... immediately following with the amount of my purchase. Yup, I missed the item running out of time. But, the loss was the stores. It was closing time, I get that, been there... but the loss if a sale leads the customer to find it in another store they wonder in, and possibly several others items they are sure they "need".
