Hello! We live here and have given your business a lot of money over the last couple years. Our older kids (23/25) went to your 281 location and the bouncer was rude and incompetent. He said he had never seen a MN ID and told them they were fake. He had no blue light nor did he or the bar have an ID reference book. We’ve all bartended in our household and worked YEARS in the service industry, and a good bar and staff should know these basics. Then the bouncer gave the IDs to a a random customer at the rail to inspect. The bartender couldn’t be bothered as he was too busy taking shots on a shift. I’m disappointed your business and staff treats people this way and the staff is this ignorant and unprofessional. You’ve forever lost our business and we will happily tell all we know to not support your businesses as well. Merry Christmas.

UPDATE: management contacted me to discuss this concern. They have handled things well and corrective action has taken place. After all, they have video tape to confirm what occurred. We declined anything free as this is NOT why we raised concern or how we operate. Based on the owners/management response, we are happy to give this place a go...

I recently shared a moment with apparently the bar manager of this location. Bars get full all the time but this bar in specific had a group of people with chairs crowding the register to make orders for drinks. I found a small space to squeeze my way in to get one drink for myself and was aggressively touched asking for me to “move to the back” I politely told the gentleman that he’s okay I’m only here for a brief moment. He then proceeded to touch me on my shoulder and say in my ear “haha you must not come here often do you” and as I walked away he shoulder checks me and I continue to walk to my table where I was celebrating a close friends birthday. 2 minutes go by and I’m told by the front door guy with face tattoos that I need to call it a night after I’ve only had 2 drinks and so I asked him “why” he said I’m not sure. I don’t have a reason but my bar manager and proceeded to point at the gentleman that I had the explained situation with and had me leave the bar without explaining properly why I was be removed from a business. I was excited about finally trying this place. When we walked in we had a seat at the bar. The female bartender was nice, she took our order, made our drinks and asked if we wanted to open a tab. We considered starting a tab but, decided to sit back and chill for a bit. THE BARTENDER NEVER SAID ANOTHER WORD TO US. The place is very nice, indoor/outdoor seating, several televisions and good music. I ordered lemon drop martini made with Grey Goose and I did not care for the taste of whatever was used to make the cocktail. It tasted like some premade mix and vodka shaken. My husband did enjoy his drink and the price of the drink. Another bartender named Angel walked up to us and was so nice and welcoming, there was like a shift in the air but, ONLY THANKS TO Angel. We got a chance to meet PJ Knox (I hope I spelled his name correctly he’s the guy in the picture) who was real cool and funny. Now we’re relaxed and my husband asked “do you wanna start a tab?” I said “No, I didn’t like my drink”. I would had the bartender make me another drink, something...
