Since this restaurant opened about a year and a half or maybe closer to two years ago, I have been ordering delivery from them without a single problem using UBER EATS. In August this year I started having problems with trying to order through Uber Eats from them and Iām not sure why.I spoke to the manager at the restaurant because every time I would place an order on UBER EATS, they would cancel my order. And basically tell me the restaurant couldnāt take care of my order. Thatās when I called, they are literally around the corner from me about 15 minutes or less.. And the really odd part is it happened in August when I tried to place an order and then almost one month later to the day I tried again and it canceled my order and I thought somethingās going on so right after it canceled my order I placed an order again and it was canceled again. Right after that, I tried talking to the manager and she didnāt seem to know what was going on. She said she had had some complaints that people couldnāt order from her on Uber or DoorDash and then she was still getting orders on her computer from Uber and DoorDash. so I called UBER EATS and finally got to a person to speak to and I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes. And he agreed he could see all of the order cancellations on the computer not just mine. And most customers were complaining of the same thing I did. so thereās a glitch somewhere in the computer thatās affecting this restaurantās delivery orders. I decided to try ordering directly from the restaurants app and that didnāt work either. I kept getting errors. Needless to say, I am very disappointed because I really enjoy their food and the chicken salad is just really great and always taste fresh. And they have many different varieties to choose from. I could not say enough good things about the food. And you should all give it a try. But I suggest maybe you going through their drive-through or into their restaurant. I certainly hope that Uber is able to work out whatever the problem is because I used to set up orders to be delivered like the next day for lunch And my daughter would stop in and have lunch with me. And that way I would have everything here and ready to eat when she got in. I kind of felt sorry for the manager, but she really has to step up and take the initiative and get together with Uber and try to figure out what...

Now the bread could have definitely been more toasted and not just browned to make it LOOK toasted. Toasted BLTs are more enjoyable with that crunch from the roasted bread! But the flavor of the chicken salad was spot on! Bacon was crispy (but not crunchy)ā¦tomatoes and lettuce very fresh! And so was the side salad of fresh fruit. I was trying this place for the the first time and was actually pretty excited about it. I mentioned it and could not have been more disappointed with the way the person at the register just seemed to care less about being there. I asked a couple questions about what was a salad likeā¦she said that I could have a sample (wonderful idea actually)ā¦but not even a smile from her the whole time. Both registers were going (it got busy) and never did I see a smile or friendly look. I watched the whole time I waited for my food (a to-go order). When my name was called for my food though, a nice smiling employee (a senior citizen woman employee) handed me my bag with a friendly smile. Now SHE knew what and how customer service was about! The food came out pretty quick. The free cookie was a plus. However, when it came to the food: I have to be honest. It was below mid. I ordered the Turkey club with a side of Mac and cheese, and the Sassy Scotty with a side of loaded potato soup. I ordered the Turkey club on a croissant. Letās say the croissant was croisad. It was very stale and tasted like it was 5 days old. The contents of the sand- which did not do better. The turkey tasted like it was the same turkey my aunt used in our 2019 thanksgiving dinner. Dry. The sand-which also contained honey mustard. I love honey mustard, itās my favorite condiment. But the honey mustard used made me question my true preference of honey mustard. I tried my best to finish the sand -which but ultimately succumbed to the unpleasant experience I had with each bite. The Mac and cheese put me on a loop as well. I was initially excited as it came out as creamy and cheesy. However, after the first bite I knew I was mistaken. How could a mac n cheese be wet and dry at the same time? As well as how can cheese taste like ranch? At this point I was pretty disappointed. But I did spend $23 on the whole meal so I begrudgingly took a bite of the sassy Scotty.
