I was at the location 3 weeks ago, they automatically sent my mail back without my permission. The postman says I didn’t receive any. However, the so called supervisors said their was mail sent back. This was due to not wanting to receive junk mail, which I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years. My experience was so bad I had to have medical treatment. I was promised a phone call and never received one. They do not answer phones and are very rude, unapologetic and narcissist. I am afraid for my health to go in this location. I was promised a follow up from compliance never received it and management. I called the compliance number and left ver many voicemails. I am praying to God to be my side when I go in on Monday, to see what’s going on. ////. I remember in the beginning the lavish palms, neatly manicured flowers and the staff that was beyond professional. Said by due to a corrupt Board of Directors, one not even an Owner, and a Management Company willing to be lapped dogs to the Board. You could move the building to South SA. MASSIVE structure problems, cracks in balcony floors, facade bowing from the building and rust behind almost every covered wall. Third Clss Building, Slumlord Management (Worth Ross Management) has caused this building to drop in rankings as an exclusive address. Just look at the prominent families that have moved.
