I had the best customer service experience with Frederika today at the Trudy’s Hallmark on Basse Rd. She was just so tender, sweet and truly a blessing to talk with as she rang up my purchases. She had noticed I purchased things for a pet passing and had such kind and loving things to say about pets. She was attentive and very much personable, it was exactly what I needed at that moment. She is a godsend and I will definitely be back to shop there because of her. Great choice Hallmark for hiring tender and caring people to represent your business. Many Blessings to this store...

Absolutely adore this shop. Brings back good memories from when I was a little child. So many cool gifts too, very unique. I find a lot of Hallmark shops in San Antonio grandma like but this one is awesome! (Apologies to the grandmothers out there). It’s located in the extra Quarry Market so I’m sure that helps.

Expect sensory overload. Holiday stuff wall to wall. It’s quite mesmerizing. Truthfully, it’s actually a refreshing escape from a busy life.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and know exactly where items are. I do have a rewards card but unfortunately I lost it. Even went here with the intention to update my info and request a new card. As I got to register the lady in front of me was asked if she had a rewards card. Which reminded me to ask. I was texting which made me forget. As I got to register cashier made small talk which is good rang up my items I paid I left. When I got to the car I realized that I did not update info on card. Wait...what she didn't even ask me if I had a rewards card. I will go back...
