Terrible customer service. This is our 4th drive through experience within the last 6 weeks but we’ve gone several other times and ordered inside. Took our kids for a Sunday treat so we had a 6 item order. Order taker was unsure of menu items and availability of products but we finished our order and he repeated it back to me and it was all correct. There were 2 cars in front of us and probably 4 cars behind us so he asked us to move forward and wait. The wait is usually long but we don’t go there if we’re in a rush. 20 mins at least and our order comes out but we’re missing my youngest daughter’s son come so I let the lady know and check my receipt and realize they didn’t charge us so I’m trying to explain to the lady and she gets upset saying she doesn’t speak English so my husband explains to her is Spanish and she says okay and goes inside. We waited well over 5 mins while our order was melting and she never came back out so my husband says give me the money I’m gonna go inside and see what the hold up is. He spoke to another woman that said they were helping other customers and besides we didn’t pay for what we were missing and they don’t give anything away for free. My husband says I have the money right here I’m not asking for anything free we just want our order completed. She says well what was it you were missing after she had told him the lady told her already but they hadn’t gotten to it yet. So he paid and got the snow cone and got in the car with where the rest of our order was melting away. The previous times I’ve tried to order items they’ve posted on facebook and their response is always oh we don’t have that or we don’t serve that anymore. WTH then why post items you don’t sell so I’ve already been wanting to go elsewhere. But refusing to apologize for their mistake or take ownership of any wrongdoing whatsoever was the last straw for me. Long waits from being understaffed I’m fine with but poor customer service is unacceptable. We had an issue with the order in the car with the sno come which made a frustrating experience into a terrible one. So my husband called to speak to the manager where she was rude, refused to take ownership of the mistake and terrible experience and when we called her out on her businesses lack of customer service skills she told us that “she’s been in business for 10 years already so she knows how to deal with customers. She doesn’t need training in customer service.” She was very dismissive and patronizing. The outside area is dirty and not maintained. Grease receptacle is left open and dirty, the dumpster where they ask vehicles to park next to smells and is overflowing with trash and mattresses, and the weeds need to be cut back. If I could give it no stars I would. Products are average but if you do make a trip just be prepared for terrible customer service and English only speakers like me might struggle to communicate with some...

My friend who likes chamoy ordered something off their menu and they let us try both the sauces which i thought was nice. We asked them not to put the green sauce and what they gave us was really sour and i could taste the green sauce in it! I still didnt want to complain and me and my friend were trying to finish our sour treat but we just couldnt. It was unreasonable sour and we were not warned how sour it was going to be or how much chamoy they were going to put. The peoole knew it was our first time trying it too. When i asked for a refund or a remake of something less sour or cheaper they refused because we supposedly already ate it. We ate maybe 10% when i dreadfully went up there to ask for something else. I did not see any sign that said no refunds. If they wont refund for mistakes then they need to be more precautions more open to givung out samples. If you go becareful what you order. It was my first time and i was really excited but i will probably not be going back or sharing a positive experence with friends after they couldve easily fixed...

Asked to prepay for the dubai strawberries and was rudely told not until 5:30. Mind you it was 4:50 and I was placing another $40 order so asked if I could pay for the Dubai since we would be here in the meantime and again was rudely told no cant do nothing about it. Were sitting here waiting til 5:30, a girl comes in 5 min after us and orders 3 of the chocolate cups and this cashier makes and walks it out to their truck but not before walking one out to someone who never came in to order and pay! She comes in and erases the 5:30 time on the board and doesnt even care to mention to me that its ok to order now, it was really rude knowing we were sitting here waiting for it.
