I spent over $35,000 on high-end appliances from Millbrae Appliances, and what I got in return was absolutely unacceptable. When the delivery arrived, they dumped everything in my garage like garbage—no care, no organization, just chaos. I called to complain, and instead of taking responsibility, I was told that “the big-shot owner himself delivered it, so that’s just how it is.” What kind of business justifies poor service because the owner did it?
Whether it’s a delivery driver or the owner, this kind of disrespect toward a paying customer is outrageous. If you're spending this kind of money, expect zero aftercare, zero professionalism, and zero accountability.
